**This is an advertisement and shameless plug**

Yes its that day of the week, its Monday. Time to brush aside those Monday blues and shoot your mates on the dMw server!  :dribble:

Monday nights have given us some classic bf2 battles, so don't miss out!

Meet on the server at 7.30-8pm.

Can we play Karkand2 tonight please admins, that would be super?

Let your fellow dMw bredren know if your going to be swinging by the server.

Armitage

There is no AAS route for Karkand 2 yet.

I came into this world with nothing,
through careful management I\'ve got most of it left.

True, but we still had a cracking game on it last time we played it  :D

Ranger

I'll be there...

Though - I don't have any cider in tonight (may have to email me girlfriend to get out and get me some this afternoon!)...

:)

Can't shoot straight without me cider!

LOL...

- Trouble is I am crap at judging JUST the right amount of booze...

One moment I hit 'just enough' (pleasantly tiddley) ~ next minute it's all gone pear shaped and I'm hammered!

LOL

...But for 10 minutes I'm sh*t hot...>then I'm just sh*t!

:D

I used to need two pints of cider to play pool. Absolutely great until 4 pints then just got rubbish again.

Ranger

My theory is this:

Just a couple of pints is enough to relax you so you can play without being tense ~ so you play better...

BUT then the alchol really kicks in and you still *think* you are playing great when in actual fact you are playing crap!

That's why - in the days when we used to get 5 games in on an evening instead of just two long ones! LOL (remember that?) - I used to start off crap (2 games), peak for 2 games and then was rubbish for the last game.

...SO (if my theory is correct) that means if we play a long Karkand - I should be rubbish at the Hotel, Square and Suburbs - play great at the MArket and teh Train Wreck - and then back to being rubbish after the Train Wreck...

That does kinda explain how we often get pushed all the way back. Of course that suggests that a) we are all drinking or b. we all ride on the back of your prowess (oh matron) or c) Benny

I dont know why its c) Benny, but for some reason on these forums he is always the last choice.

edit: darn b bracket thing comes up as a smilie

EXACTLY my thoughts too...

Mind you - if we were ALL to stop drinking at the same time we'd have to all get taxis round Karkand to find our way!

"Sorry mate, don't go across the river after 10pm!"
