See the price now though! My mate pre-ordered it when they first announced it and it cost him £14.99! now it's almost £30.

In terms of previously-announced items going away, the gas grenade and Molotov are not currently scheduled for an appearance in either the single-player or multiplayer game

That's a bummer - not particularly about the Molotov, but I was really looking forward to the gas grenade.  UK2, for all their faults, have got one particularly interesting feature - their (otherwise very lame) server mod turns the Smoke Grenade into a Chemical Grenade.  Exposure to the smoke makes your avatar cough loudly (it's just the standard taking damage noise) and start losing health (down to a lower limit of 20, and it regenerates steadily when you leave the smoke).  It's quickly become a part of my normal strategy when I play on UK2.

I like that UK2 gas greanade effect, but of course you have to put up with the crappy ping and deathamtchers, so the costs definately outweigh the benefits.

I think it's fair to say the majority of folks will get CZ should it ever grace the shelves.  Hell, I remember getting excited about it last summer, so I won't hold my breath just yet.

i once tryed with the help of frenzy to get tutonic banned from uk2 servers

we joined and bound messages such as "uk2 sux" "uk2 blows gotas" etc and changed name to uk2_sux and repetedly spammed messages while running round with stupid weapons [not a sober activity tho].

in hte end we got bored and left the server in prefrence to getting more drink.
