Does anyone know when and where this was set off? I would be interested to know. Also was it a controlled explosion or was radioactive fallout a problem. O and thanks for the clip vv most interesting.

Could be America or Russia. America is certainly littered with the left ovewr craters from such experiments.

Fallout would not be a problem as to get fallout the central fireball must touch the surface of the earth to raise the dust. in an underground explosion the fireball never reaches the surface. There would be residual radiation in the ground and a lot of Gamma rays would have been released but these go whipping off into the distance pretty quickly.

thats the nevada(green lake) test site ie: Area 51


they seem to be testing anti-sesmic action buildings (the explosion simulates an earthquake

plus notice the flare thingy before the explosion
