i think padding said it very good. we rely on members to make the raid happen, and the lot of us feel real bad about beeing forced to forfit the raid. But we also have a responsability to provide the members with a viable raid enviroment. In other words if the raid is not viable, even though we hate it, its sometimes better not to raid at all. And let the members find something else to do, like MC last night, which gave SOG its very first TF :yahoo:

along with everyone i was gutted yesturday about raid being called and pretty ****ed off all night as some will have noted however i did make a suggestion prior to the end of the raid that i think wud help, and it was the randoms to come back, see it as the only way to make ppl attend who still want bwl.

proposal was that first AQ40 night every week is thursday, this is where we hopefully clear upto huhu

then the sunday and tuesday raids are either bwl or aq40 depending on the attendance, if full 40 turn up sunday we go aq40 and theyre forced to go through wipe night, if not bwl and again if full dont attend on tuesday we will see if we need to replace people who arent attending at all

just my opinion but based on 2 successive times now where it was to be twin emps wipe night and raids have bin cancelled seems like best way to get quick answers to me

We are working on something, just give us a tad longer to hammer out the fine print :narnar:

Quote from: Adularena;155622I remember when we still didnt get Lucifron, but we managed to clear to the imp caves with like 30 ppl or less, it was the talk of the month! it was superb, THAT was achievement.

Actually it was 20 at the entrance. It all started with me getting ****ed charging at a giant in teddy form. Then some silly priest healed me, and the rest still in the instance were like; Bah, who pulled!? Whatever, lets se how far we get...lol". Then we got a few more on the way, and we were suddenly at luci with 25 or so

But anyhow, if the raid was called it had a good reason behind it.

Quote from: StrontiumDog;155699Maybe 3 AQ40 a week until clear would be a good idea for the time being.

grader not, BWL is fun, money making, and there still quit some people who could use the epics they drop.
If u cut down BWL ur also punishing people who are there at wipe night, don't think thats so fair, I grader see the same peeps who are afraid of losing sum gold, loosing some dkp.

And if u have 36 people and only 11 healers then ur not missing 4 peep ur missing 8 peeps really ;) (since not all of the other rg1 are healers)

Oh btw, I Don't get he whole fear for wiping, we wiped alot on huhuras (heck we always wipe on new stuff), but it went really smooth last time, practice makes perfect Toyota always screams, and acording to some of my friends: twins is easier then huhuras, so....

Get ur @$$ in there and lets start practising!
The sooner we start the sooner were on CThun, the sooner we get AQ fully Farmed! :yahoo:
