I have been wondering for some time.. dMw racing.. Is that like dMw BF2 and CS:S, with teams who compete against each others on a dMw racing-server? and is it like private or is it with all kind of ppl aswell?
I like racing games, but never really played any real serious and stuff, and always with my keyboard and mouse, not a steeringwheel and such (and auto-gear  )
But I have long considered getting more involved with some of the other dMw games than WoW, so Im curios on how these online racing-things is going on.. enlighten me please?

Step one. Get Live for Speed. Download the 138mb
Try the demo, if you like it buy S2. In the server list join Dead Men Racing and have as much fun as we do. Oh, then you'll want to buy a wheel...Guaranteed!

Alrighty.. Ill try and get that Downloaded when I get my computer up here :)
Now.. If I were to like it and to buy a wheel.. would I want to buy the one availiable in the dMw affiliate shop on amazon ("The preferred driving wheel for Dead Men Racing!")? it says its for PS2, but I reckon it can be used on a PC aswell.. But.. is it good? £90 sounds like a lot?

I got a older version of the Logitech Formula Force EX that they have here http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Steering_Wheels.html. Only £40 inc vat. It works for me.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

That IS a lot same wheel from here £59. Stick a couple of quid in the dMw kitty to make up for it. With respect to Sn00ksey, the DFP is the one to give you a longer term and better immersion factor. Ask Oldie who has had both.

Only just twigged you're from Norway and things might be different.

I must admit that when I upgrade my wheel I'll be going for one of them new-fangled DFP jobbies :flirty:

DFP is superb. No contest.
