I just want to know what your opinion regarding more HL-based servers for our members. I do believe that we have the hardware and enough free CPU-time to sustain more servers. The reason for this post is the comments regarding CZ (and matches in CZ) and also some ppl playing GunGame. Is it difficult to set up the CZ server again? Could we also support a GunGame server for fun? My opinion is that it is better that our members spend their time playing on our servers than on other servers.

The problem we've always had when ever we've run multiple servers is that it spreads our diverse gamers even thinner.

You're right, we do have the capacity where hardware's concerned but I'm not sure if we have the same capacity with wetware.

I feel a review of the community structure is well overdue. We need to ensure we're meeting the needs of the members where 'critical mass' is achievable.

That's my concern. It's been hard enough getting to the point we have regular, good games on Source.  To start up additional servers could result in only a few people on each server.  However, if people are just going to stay away from dMw and play on other server's then we should look at the options.
