CS Maps

Right Chaps. Three months to go so we could look into a few maps that could be possibilities.
 
fy_stoneworld and fy_iceworld could be possibles for a quick intense game.
 
Thoughts?

fy_poolday_redefined would break from the normal maps and is always intense and fun. This version have an overpass that can be used as well.

Suggested this for the last LAN.

From previous research, I think we've established a couple of maps for the LAN inc:

fy_poolday_redefined
de_star
cs_office07
de_wanda
as_recon

Also, Ghosty has suggested:

fy_stoneworld
fy_iceworld

What we need to do is to establish:

which 'fun' maps we will play for general use
which map do we use for Deagle comp
which map do we use for the 5 vs 5 comp.

I don't know these maps but am happy to try them if necessary but what do you guys think?

We should ditch as_recon and de_star as we have played them before.

Gentlemen.

Ghosty has decided to step back from discussions about maps and competitions and has resigned from the Games Committee for the LAN.

Mats - this currently now leaves on your tod for the moment as I'm not sure whether Whitey is coming to the this LAN.

Sheepy also historically gets involved and I'm sure he will again helping to organise the competitions on the actual weekend.

I've posted up the job vacancies board so I have no doubt that another will step up to the plate but if you have anyone in mind.........?
