People can become addicted anything. It's a feature of being human rather than anything specific about computer games. If some pwople have compulsive people have a problem then it's good they have some where to go for help.  However I'm sure we'll soon be reading mindless drivel in the Daily Rant and other red tops that this is proof that computer games are the root of all evil blah blah blah.
