I really liked it but not sure it has too long a life on it.

I have been waiting a while for street fighter to come to pc and finally this is coming fingers crossed and will be released this summer.

All i hope is it has the xbox controller plug and play support and i will certainly be looking around for a second 360 wired controller so i can play any friends that come round.

Just can't wait :D

I'll be playing it tomorrow when it unlocks on Steam. My brother bought it, so I'll be lugging my xbox controller down there (there = downstairs).

ok streetfighter 4 was delivered yesterday and i gave it a few hours of thrashing and my verdict is well impressed, to start with the graphics are superb, you can choose different settings for the way you want your graphics to look, i had mine set to water colour, and it looked quite cartoon in nature which i liked(an option you do not get on the consoles.) game play is fast and frantic, took a while to learn the new combos but once i had overcome the joypad layout (windows 360 xbox controller) i really enjoyed the matches, i gave it a go online as well, (you must install windows live from cd) and really got a kicking on the 3 matches i played so more practise required.  (defence mainly) i can see many drunken late nights ahead with this one!!:D

My brother has been playing this loads and I've been joining in. Great fun. Graphics are stunning as expected from the tech demo they released, however game play is immensely fun. I've been a pc gamer all my life so never really played fighting game seriously. It's nice to see how each character has you using a completely different style of fighting, different button. Each character has a different range at which they work best etc etc.
On a very shallow level it's a fun button basher, but there seems to be a much much deeper game under the surface that I'm a long way from mastering.

I've been playing this loads since it activated on Steam - takes me back to the glory days of SFT Turbo :D

As soon as the game is on sale in steam i will sell my retail copy and move onto a steam copy.

I find the game pretty cool and its awesome to finally play street fighter on the pc with my xbox controller.

Pretty much plug and play.

The only downside of the game is the command list if only it showed the key combination's for the xbox and not a generalized list showing heavy punch heavy kick etc. This makes it awkward to learn new moves but that might be the whole challenge :).

I would love to get street fighter 2 working on pc with the controller too :D
