l4d 2 updates and other stuff

i think this is mainly client side
 
is it also possible to set up 1 of the servers as a versus over the weekend as i had 6 mates online tonight and as the servers arn't passworded i suggested using ours instead of me hosting (asked blunt and he ok'd it as he was only admin online)
 
but a problem occured, couldnt see either server possibly because of update, but even then i think they were both campaign after we finished last night so it wouldnt have mattered
 
edit: both servers are still invisable, no showing up in steam groups or through desktop shortcut
