Even though i stil have 8 months left on my 3 contract I've had enough Ive had major software issues and 3 said ok we Will fix that. I then said can you fix the keyboard mechanism as well as a crack appeared in it the other day when opening the phone. They  said no that invalidated your warranty. We won't fix the software issue now either. So n97 that works.wh en set to factory reset only. So bit of super glue and sold envirophone for 120. I'll put that in the bank add 80 to it on payday and end my contract . Anyhow tomorrow I get a desire from vodaphone for 20 less a month with better texts and unlimited internet. Nearly got hd2 but thought id go withandroid.
