I'm amazed that a country famous for its fantastic rhythms has adopted such a monotonous one-note wonder. Can't noise cancellation technology be used to cancel the bloody drone out?

It's just hit me, I know what the noise reminds me of - when I was a kid getting told off by a teacher/parent/other thats the noise that I'd hear after about 2 seconds of whatever they where moaning at me about.

I write this at half-time in the Eng USA game as my ears need some relief.
I'm not a violent man, but if I had spent a few quid going to a game and some idiot next to me was tooting on an oversize Kazoo, it would end up where the sun dont shine.
I've yet to hear of someone who appreciates the sound and also the choice of Robert Green as keeper:sad:
