Hello & Thank you for contacting Activision!

There is no fix.  There are simply too amny people trying to play at  this time.  As the traffic flow lessens, this should resolve itself.
Same here I gave up with royal mail and decided to grab a copy from blockbuster once the game does arrive I will take back one of the sealed copies.
