/castsequence is still a goer. Although I would recomend a change to the macro:

This one does the same but lets you see the current ability (and tooltip) of the next ability to be used instead of just the top trinket icon with macro name as tooltip.

With this you are assuming that you are getting a proc from the glyph of sinister strike everytime? If you want to keep it simple i would recommending dropping rupture from the rotation as it adds only about 300-400 dps.

there is a shed load of problems with using it the proc is one.. it happens too often so you waste energy ... when you goto into hero you clip dots... and many more

You will do much better if you can hold a manual rotation tho its good enough to make you not suck in lfr

well for me bear I do that. I like using:

/cast [mod:ctrl] SPELL3; [mod] SPELL2; SPELL1;

3 abilities on one button (4 if you use alt too) very useful at times. I'd recomend grouping spells up 1st ie: Combo point builders, combo point users, interrupts, nukes, avoidance.

Yeh like Jas saidi if you're looking to play combat rogue optimally i highly recommend you burn that macro
