Kinect

hey guys,

right my wife has brought me one of these things for my birthday next week, in a effort to get my ass off the sofa while gaming and in a small attempt to loose a little weight.

what i want to know is are they any good? what your thoughts on it are and any good game recommendations to get for it? esp with having 3 young children who will be using it aswell.

i'm already thinking of getting  Kinect: star wars as i like the look of it.

soz for the late reply, my kids have at least 10 kinect games, and their favourite ones in no order are kinect sports, kinect sports 2, kinectimals, sonic free riders. i don't play it so im no expert

Child of Eden is good, Gunstringer is great, the Fitness Evolved one is actually pretty good as a work out (get yourself some light-medium weights for it!).

Oh, and Dance Central is freakin' awesome, as long as you have a few people to play with you!

As mentioned above Dance Central 2 is good fun, very active and fun at parties.
You also have Motion Adrenaline Sports. My wife loved this when we had mates round, and it was getting very competative.
The demo of the Gunstringer was really good. I hear the game is good.

Kinect Sports 1&2

And from the arcade store my wife loves Haunt.

There are plenty more arcade games for the Kinect now as well,
