Sadly the service is now utterly redundant for me. In order to sign up and use Spotify an active Facebook account is required. iI's pretty clear why this requirement came into being.... money. It's enough to make sure I never use the service.

Other than that I gather it's pretty decent. My brother has been a user for years and as he signed up before the Facebook rule appeared he's happily using the service with no issues.

There's also the issue about the royalties that Spotify pay to artists, I don't think it's much at all.

yep, love it. Was a premium member for a while, but now it's basically like having a commercial radio station. Good for parties to stick a playlist up and not rely on my own torrid collection.

I had a party once 3 years ago, but my reasoning remains strong.

Its great .. been using it a long time. I pay £4 a month the one below premium. It streams to my pc and from there I can stream it to any device i like :P

It used to be free but I dont mind paying for it

I was a premium member once too...didn't throw a party so I cancelled. I should have held out the full 3 years.

I don't use it any more. Just not worth paying for and the free version got too annoying.

I useto until they started charging, I will have an account with them just dont use it. I use Last.fm now.
