That seems quite good value to me for all of these versions:
Oblivion GOTY
Morrowind GOTY
Skyrim
Hearthfire
Dawnguard

Morrowind is looking quite old now but getting Oblivion, Skyrim and the expansions for twenty quid is a real bargain
