Lib and I had a go at providing this for the community as requested.

You'll see from this link that, currently, the only support for MC1.5.1 is the 'Forge' flavoured variety. The bad news is that Forge requires a server *and*  client install which we agreed makes it a non-starter.

So until Bukkit is up to speed we need to postpone this for now.
