Servers disconnect

All the servers keeps disconnecting for a few minutes and then comes back on.
Been happening a few times. I do not know, but it seems to be a network issue?

Anyway, this is a formal heads up as I was guided here to this part of the forum to make a post.

I've had a look through the server logs and I can't see any issue other than some timeouts on the Anti Virus.  It does look like the server is losing it's connection to the internet as we lose access to all stuff on the server at once (CS, TS, Forum etc).

we had one dropout on the minecraft server at about 2100 tonight, lost ts as well, only lasted a few seconds

Joined TS & Meathook at about 6.45 and immediately had a drop-out of about 30-60 seconds.
It happened another couple of times during the evening.

Strange thing is that most of us were not kicked from either TS or CSGO, it just frooze for around 10-20 seconds and resumed

Checked with our hosting provider and here's the reason.

There was an issue yesterday, it was caused by a faulty optic device which has now been replaced.

I just wish that these things would fail completely rather than go intermittent.

So much easier to track down.

Anyway all sorted now.
