Well now no I am not standing down, I know you were all worried for a moment there.

But there is a serious point to be made here.

We all enjoy the missions on and off official nights, and what makes it work is the time people put in to lead.   For which I and I am sure the rest of the players are very grateful for.  Recently I have noticed and so have the admins that it is a regulars crew of people that are leading.  

In short really looking for more volunteers to step up and lead, I know it a hard task and after a days work.  But dont worry, us admins are here to help,  we will back you have help you get your mission plan executed.  

So if your looking for adventure, like sending men to the certain death is your kind of slice of fried gold then why not step up and be counted.

I need a few more bullets in the head before I would be able to lead a squad. Asking my troops how I arm a hand grenade wouldn't instil a lot of confidence in my leadership skills. But I'll happily have a crack once I get a few more hours under my belt.

I had started to lead more and listen, but some goit started a war and now I'm in it for real. Well sort off..sent using some random locals WiFi in Italy....hope they don't find out
