shield bug ?

I may be off the mark but keep an eye out for the server crashing when people get shot with the shield

a couple of nights ago it happened when i had a shield and again it did it tonight when i watched someone get shot with one  :unsure:

:o its done the jig again tonight with the shield .....it may be worth removing it for the time being

The bug which caused the server to crash related to a shield-holder throwing a grenade and was fixed by Valve some time ago.

I'll do some digging around the Steam forums when I get back from work to see if anybody else is having a restart problem with shield use.

it seems that when the shield guy is shot the server will crash .....maybe turn off shields until the move over to windows

had a look round some forums but had no luck in finding any info about this  :(

after a quick test we couldnt get the problem to happen again ......shields now enabled keep an eye open for it  :unsure:
