Gladius and Redeemer this weekend

So, Gladius is already in people's hangar after the patch - so I'm guessing that's the first hangar sale.

The second appears to be the Redeemer, based on this (reposted from Reddit):

Was really hoping to see the Retaliator.

The Retaliator is well overdue IMHO.

Not keen on a Redeemer. Waiting for Carrack now.

I'll see how it looks during the sale. Just don't see it fitting into my exploration fleet.

Bugger, I hate the Redeemer.

i thought the second one would be the Mustang, but there was something that Bem said on ATV that blew that out of the water...

Agreed, but then I can also understand that they are working on smaller ships first as they are more likely to be used in either the DFM or end up in Squadron 42. I'm guessing that most of the big ships (bar a few crowd calming measures) will not be seen until much later, perhaps by Q3 2015 on the current timeline as the alpah PU is slated for a possible Q4 2015.

Following on from something in the Herald thread. Was the recent LTI sale on the Redeemer the second period of availability for that ship? If so when was the concept sale and what sort of price was it then?

As far as I know, there was only one sale of Redeemer.

That's right - this is the first sale. It got LTI for its release to the hangar because it never had a concept sale (due to its being created for TNGS).
