It's a Steam addon list, not a general 'which addon packs are available for FSX' list

The scenary Fridays harbour and some of the others Is orbx type orbx into steam. It's in the sale

Nice save!  Bet you had to dig deep to find that one!  I searched for Orbx and did not find anything until clicking into that airport scenery addon link.  I'd even done a search on Orbx's website but it isn't listed on FullTerrain's (Orbx) own webpage (unless they hve some secondary page it is on that I could not find).  No wonder confusion arose!  Did DTG (publisher) make it using Orbx data (hence the Orbx mention as Developer)?
