His time on the servers has coincided a fair amount with mine and I think he has made huge improvements in his play.  Certainly as far back as Christmas I cannot recall a situation where he has been 'out of line'.  On that basis he gets a Yes vote from me despite me voting against him last time.

I think this YES vote was important. He improved according to our advice therefore even though a few people are not that keen on him (errheemm rawn), he got through. I suppose we could have a "member but still watch closely" section :D
