Problem with Fah

I have a link on the desktop to the txt file containing the progress. That is the only way I check out the progress, since it runs as a service. When I checked it out this morning it said 56% (a quite large project) and a few hours later it said 0%... I have been wondering why I complete so few WU's... have any of you guys experience with this problem?
