Hmm, this is difficult to help as you don't appear to know what to do with the suggestions given.  May I suggest that you speak to a friend on the telephone and get them to talk you through using Windows' Remote Assistant option?  Otherwise this request for help could go on for absolutely years.

If you can't get Remote Assistant to work either, then I suggest your only way forward would be to take your computer and router to a shop to seek professional assistance.  Unfortunately it is difficult for us to help you when the suggested solutions are beyond your knowledge of computers :(

Perhaps one of the members in your country with some computer knowledge might be able to help via Remote Assistant?
