Leg up ? PCS or not PCS

Is it ok for T's (or CT's for that matter) to exploit the maps by letting a team mate jump on you to reach higher levels?

Especially pertinent on defuse maps with T's planting bombs on crates when there may be only one CT left (and therefore guaranteeing a T victory).

What say you PCS players?  Is it cheating / exploiting map weaknesses or simply an extension of what you could do in a "real life" situation by giving a leg up ?
