Design Ideas and Help Needed

Since DogMeat and Stryker first started dMw (a Quake mod clan- read the community history here) we have developed into CS, later variants, CZ, Source spawn, Live For Speed, WoW, BF2 and various other games.  We started as a PCS counter-strike community, became a TCS community and have evolved into the multi-game community we enjoy today.

With this in mind we need to overhaul our website and forums to reflect the multi-game nature of our membership - and this is where you can help!

We need

• pictures from the various games that we can splatter across our new website design showing the different games we play
• Ideas for things you would like to see included

Your help really *would* be appreciated - it's a huge job and I will need as much input from the community as possible.  Once we have a design structure in place we can then flesh out the content and we'll probably be asking for your help there too!

Please send your screenshots or other images and ideas to tealeaf AT deadmen.co.uk so that we can get this project started.

I did a banner for NiNed a while ago, the site has been taken down, and this banner is not used.



If you like it i could change it to say "Deadmen" and "multi-gaming community"

looks nice but im not keen on the serif font. Doesnt feel right with theclean lines/borders you have around the images.

Funny you should say that, this was the banner that NiNed used:



I dont like the bigger writing on the right, the fonts better, and the bigger logo doesnt "feel" right.

as hippy said could change the NiNed bit, as NiNed has changed and isnt a gaming community so you couold use this as a logo or something (if needed)

EDIT: i will edit it so that the grey is transparent then it will look the same no matter what web page skin you have

im just not a big fan of serif fonts   put that downt o personal taste. I do like the smaller nine logo (on the coloured banner), looks good.

are there any ideas floating around for the dMw look?

You didn't knew we've played that much matches allready right? We used to play 3 every week as a standard.
