add D:\Games\Steam\steam.exe -clientbeta betaui and restart steam to use it

It looks perty, similar style to the website.

It will update and apply the new style, if you dont like it, remove that line, restart steam and it should update with the old GUI.

The new UI has been released and you get it by default it appears. I peed myself laughing at this quote though:
