Starship Troopers demo

OK. So Film 1 was good for a laugh and Film 2 was.. well lets move on. There is a game demo avail from usual locations and from http://www.starshiptroopersgame.com/downloads/

It's quite a hoot. As you might expect you have to kill lots of bugs. Interface is easy, not many controls to remember and the bugs are a real pain in the ass. If you want to waste some time shooting things its a must try. Don't know if the game will be any good (prob not) but the demo is good fun. enjoy

I loved the first movie and the 2nd one was well pants even though the same people who were involved in the first did it. Bad actors bad story line i gave it 1/10 if that.

Liked the first film .. couldnt quite believe the 2nd.

Demos was v weird + crap + more weird.
Felt like u were in more glue then cs source.

Altho i did like the cut scenes from the first film.. was a nice touch.

I was very disappointed with the gfx. Looked rubbish even at higher settings (which didn't run particularly smooth). To be honest I thought mechwarrior 4 looked better.

Bugs were quite good fun to gun down tho, although i dunno if i did anything wrong but the solo bits of the mission was a bit weird. Yeah send one guy out.. that's right. I was looking forward to having a good frag fest against some bugs but I think this one will just be a dull shoot'em'up with nothing new to offer other than cashing in on the ST franchise.


2nd film coulda been good apart from how bad they made it. I liked that they tried to offer a different perspective using the same background, but it just didn't work.
