Yeah BB found one.

Go to http://www.gamecopyworld.com/

Select a European Mirror

Click ENTER on the welcome screen

On the right hand side of the web page you can see "PC" (black text on light blue background)
Click on A-E just below where it says "Game Index"

then look for Battlefield 2 under B  :D

Thx BB :D

Does it matter which one you d/l?

I d/l the reloaded one, as you don't need the daemon tool. Should I d/l the daemon one instead?

Norm

Better wait for that nice BB guy to come and tell us I think. ;)

I'm using the Daemon NO Dvd Fix..Whats the diff with the Reloaded version ?

The Patch removing the startup movies for some reason didn't work for me but I Renamed all the files in mods\bf2\movies. Except menu.bik and menu_loggedin.bik

Works ok

reloaded version is just an exe file but it writes over the exe and a dll file, it just seemed less hassle. I haven't installed either yet. Just wondered what the general concensus is on which is the best one to install?

Best one is "Battlefield 2 [ALL] No-DVD/Fixed Image #2" because you never have to go looking for a patch again, it should work with all patches. I've used it since v1.01 and I've installed the official patches over the top without having to uninstall it.

basically do what it says. Install daemon tools and run it. Put the "mds" file somewhere on your PC and then point daemon tools towards it and allow it to mount it as a virtual DVD. I've had no probs with it running in the system bar

Doorman

Head spins=won't bother. Thanks though.
