Getting overclockers to answer the phone

Just spent over 2 hrs trying to get some response from these numptys.  I have had the phone picked up and put down on a number of occasions, this is both on the tech support and the sales line. I haven't ordered anything but have a possible credit card fraud to report. Someone is SO going to get it when they do answer the phone.

I cannot stress enough DO NO BUSINESS WITH THESE USELESS TWUNTS!!!

Call them up again, say you are a salesmen from EA or another big cooperation and you want to talk to their supervisor about customersatisfactory and so or about giving them a cheap deal on bits and bytes.

uncontactable is the word for OCuk - perhaps send them a "snailmail" letter while you're on hold, back yourself up etc...

I always e-mailed them, would get a response about once each day.
