My first CZ game - what should I know?

OK guys - finally installed teh dusty copy of CS:CZ I found in a cupboard!



I was thinking of trying to have a game this week - but what sould I know?

Here's some questions I could think of:

1) Does the 'Steam' thing update CZ automatically - or do you have to do any manual patching?

2) Which server should I be looking at to join for a game?

3) What's a good night for a newbie player to try this out?

Any more suggestions would be appreciated.

1) Auto updates.

2) BoD server: 83.142.230.24:27015, most CZ playing dMws frequent that server. There is a lot of respect for the dMw tag there too. Most importantly theres good variety of skill levels.

3) Any night.

1 tip. sound is your friend.

1)  Click and play, if its not up t date it'll update it for you, no need to tell it.

2) Play on BoD but be prepared to mute everyone else on the same side that isn't dMw.  

3)  Friday nights are 'hook night', come play with the regulars that you kill on BF@  Let them get their own back.
