It doesn't work.

According to that site my 128kbps ISDN allows me to surf at 599.1 Kbps or 73.4 K bytes/sec 8O Me thinks not.

Not my 64kbps ISDN connection. It's the dogs....

Does that prove that something is FUBAR? And no, I am hopeless at Photoshop, it's an undoctored picture taken at about 17:20hrs today.

Probably seeing the data allready downloaded in your cache or something, try clearing stuff like that and doing the test again.
