Well, this match really was as close as the score suggests ....thought we was gonna have them at one stage but the last few rounds just got away from us. Superb calls from all gave us a chance at defusing ..its just that they protected the bomb so well when planted, ul guys ....first match for GMJR, well plyd and "run with your knife out" to keep up with us .... . Think Doris and Hippy may have picked some tips up for new git spots ....  




Think this one proved a couple of things to me....and I will not be picking myself for any more matches unless an admin is required ...plyd guys, twas fun ..

Ul not to win, we played well shame i didtn play better really, found some new spots, which lkeft them looking for me everyround but i kept covering the last place i was so i could pick em off easily. ill post the new spots in Tip n Tactics bit later

UL guys ...  we nearly had them, good thing is, we may have lost but we gained 6 points for losing in ED   :huh:

If it's fun then why stop playing?  Sure it's nice to win but i'm sure everyone really couldn't care less if we never break into the top 10.  As far as excluding yourself from matches, don't, just don't, have fun yourself and to hell with the final score which everyone forgets less than 24hours later.  


HLTV demo, not too sure but it appeared the hltv proxy disconnected after a couple of rounds for some unknown reason,  so there may be a bit missing from the first half.

I think in a match as close as this the little mistakes we make are magnified. Which is very frustrating.

After a few rounds as CT i slipped up by concerntrating on not losing instead of pushing to win rounds. <_<

Otherwise a very good performance, good calls and a lovely 'slow rush' one round  :dummy: , we walked the whole way through the house until we were spotted.

We're mixing it with the big boys now and giving them a run for their money.

Mercs are 9th
We are 31st

perhaps I was a little frustrated as we really were in with a decent chance of pulling off the win .........these guys used the house route every round ...but did a variant each time ...slow walk/rush/ 2 rushing and two the length of the corridor back ..there was no way of holding them off

You dont have to hold them off yourself, drop back and say you need help, its only a couple of steps for me to back you up.

Flash and HE was used in different rounds ...and dropping back to the balcony worked for a couple so Hippy could help was also utilised but they varied the tactics so much that a few times the 'nades were wasted, but like Hippy states in a previous post ...they are 9th and TBH probably deserve it.

I thought we played well as a team and although we didn't see much of the action on the right, were quick to get back when trouble started on the left.  

The number of kills an individual gets doesn't matter as much as the contribution they give with good calls, quick support and good tactics.
