Looking at positions filled vs positions vacant though, its seems to be a lot of thinkers, and very little doers...  :(

How wrong you are. Theres an awful lot being done behind closed doors.
Models x10 Characters x16 Sounds Music Themes and Textures !
These guys have been working every day untill the early hours so a little more respect please.
Whats the point of releasing everything to you now ? You want the surprises for the mod itself dont you ?

How to win friends and influence people:

1. Go to a new forum and make rather blunt first post!
2. See one.

I think it would have sufficed to say that lots more is being done in the background that we are unaware of. You will find that our comments have been very positive so turning up here unannounced demanding respect for people isn't going to win you many fans.

The Mod looks cool, I hope it comes off as I'd love to play it and we wish the modders every success with it. :clap:

Now, why don't you introduce yourself properly?

Apologies for any offence caused, that was merely the impression I got from a perusal of the website.

I do indeed look forward to seeing the mod, but I have sadly seen many excellent mod concepts die a death. I do hope this isn't one. I do appreciate that you dont release what you're doing as you are doing it, this takes time and bandwidth. However, it can lead to the impression that not a lot is happening. If there are things happening, as there indeed seem to be, I am glad, and look forward to the first beta!

I have a right to post my feelings when I see the efforts these guys are going through , judgling the mod on a basis of heresay is not good.

I hope you guys enjoy the finished product.

Yes you do indeed. If you know these guys are working really hard then you should tell us. However, there is more than one way of getting your point across and quite frankly your first post on our forum really annoyed me as it was out of order. Yes, tell us how hard they are working, yes tell us about how good they want to make it. Do NOT come in here and have a go before you know what we are about!

We have supported, Hunted and Goldeneye mods by running free servers for the mods. I have no doubt that we will do similar for SW for BF2. Think about it, if you were on your home forum at tpfclan.net and one of us pitched in with your attitude you would be a bit miffed. As a software auther I know how hard it is to get good code working smoothly. Read our posts again and tell me where we were critical! I see disappointment that a mod was not as far along as was hoped but based on the information made available on their website no other conclusion could be drawn.

What YOU have to realise is that we WANT them to succeed and to have a good mod. Why? because we want to play it.

In short, you were out of order and you know it.

Thanks. Guys been busy very busy , Im sorry if I appeared curt with you I didnt mean to but you should realise there really is lots going on and when we get a update I will let you know. We aim to update once every ten days or so, if not sooner.
JUST FOR YOU! And this is an exclusive for you guys. We have just auditioned our Storm Trooper and he is awesome even before we have even added the "radio" effects. Finished work on a host of models including the Hoth Shield Generator and we now have two music themes and they WILL blow you away!
