How are the servers setup?

Some info for you. 1st draft, anything else you would like to know about let me know

QuotePhysical Servers

BA2
Blackadder 2 is the â€œoldâ€ server and is currently running VOIP for BF2/BF2142 to keep some of the load off the main server. It has a single NIC on IP 77.108.129.45

BA3
Blackadder 3 is the primary gaming server. It has 2 dual Opterons and lots of memory. Additionally, it has 3 NICs using the following IP addresses: 77.108.129.46, 77.108.129.47 and 77.108.129.48

Game Servers
77.108.129.46 is the CS NIC and all Steam games are run through that NIC
77.108.129.47 is the BF2/BF2142 NIC and all flavours of BF server are run through the NIC
77.108.129.48 is a standby NIC which is available ready for use. Nothing much runs on that IP so we tend to run RCON/RDP through it so as not to add to traffic on gaming NICs.

Steam/HLSW
HLSW (for RCON of the Steam servers) should be pointed to 77.108.129.46 as that is the only IP that RCON can work on. There are several steam servers on that IP including
Meathook.................... 77.108.129.46:27015 - Private Server
Razer ...................... 77.108.129.46:27016 - Public CZ
Baldric..................... 77.108.129.46:27017 - Match Server/Tournament Server
Boomer ..................... 77.108.129.46:27019 - Public CS:S/DoD:S

BF2
Although BF2CC (for RCON of the BF2 servers) can use any of the server IP addresses you should use 77.108.129.48 as the primary address for connecting through so that RCON traffic is segregated from gaming traffic. 77.108.129.46 and 77.108.129.47 remain as backup routes in case of difficulties.

Thanks BB, can I make a suggestion though? Adobes are fine and dandy, but it makes it a bugger to quickly review and copy paste. Can we stick this into plain text in a post please? It also makes updates and changes easier too!
