TL i hope you wrote down somewhere what we agreed upon cause i kinda dont remember the details :P

We agreed to pay for Kaiz to respec from Shadow to Holy/Disc - cost 50G.
He also agreed not to respec again without refrerring to us.
Finally, he agreed that if he left the Guild within 4 months he would repay the amount on a sliding scale 100% in month1, 75% in month 2, 50% in month 3 and 25% in month 4.  He also volunteered that he isn't intending to leave at all.  The respec went through yesterday as I understand.  He has been asked to post  a new profile.
