About respec:

We agreed to pay for respec at maximum cost 50G.
The member has to agree not to respec again without refrerring to us.
And agree that if he leaves the Guild within 4 months he would repay the amount on a sliding scale 100% in month 1, 75% in month 2, 50% in month 3 and 25% in month 4.
The respec preferably has to go on before the next raid and the profile has to be updated.

About inviting real life friends:

We agreed that people have 5 days to pm an officer w/ complaints about applications from they day of the posting of said application before an invite is given. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE REAL LIFE FRIENDS AIMING FOR DEFENDER OR GUARDIAN, those will still require a vote.
