Reordered Children on Forums

You'll notice the reordering of the topics 'children' to try to make it a bit more logical to read and also to deliberately de-prioritise the Off-topic section.  Hopefully the fact it is at the bottom means it is used *slightly* less.

Childeren? You must be a slightly crazy Brit to come up w/ that name :P Subforums is more logical :P anyhow i dont mind in what order they are i read everything cept the 3 word story. (And moderate also :D)

But it looks nicer now, most important stuff at the top and all.

erm no :P and if i did it didnt stick hehe, i quess thats another way of looking at it then. Quess w/ all the familys kicking away at one another its no wonder windows doesnt work :P
