...i introduced myself.

Hello guys (and gal!),

My name is Eggs. MisterEggs.
My friends call me Eggs, or Eggy. i got my name not from the popular misconception that i trade farm produce whilst engaging in firefights with people holding hostages, not because of looking like an egg, and nor indeed because my father's name is Eggs. No, sadly it's only because the name MisterX was already taken.

i first got involved with CS it was on public servers, and it didn't take long before i was sick of all the cheating and dumb attitudes. Then, thumbing through a CS newsgroup i saw an invitation (from Oldie i think) for anyone interested in teamplay orientated to come and play on the dMw server.

At last! Somewhere where i could play the game the way it should be played. Although i've always liked the maverick or outsider mentality, i didn't hesitate to accept the invitation to join dMw, because of the quality of the play and players i hadn't experienced elsewhere.

So, i'm very happy now to be part of the clan, people, and i hope i can become a valuable team member and justify the decision to invite me.

Those of you who i've played with will know that my skill is mainly stopping bullets from hitting teammates early on in the round (there's a fine line between bravery and sheer stupidity...and i've yet to discover exactly where that line is...), but with the occasional display of exceptional skill that so startles my opponents so much it momentarily confuses them and gives me the advantage...

In case it's of any interest to anyone, i play on a 350mhz PII 498Mb TNT2 N64 vid card puter and a 19" tube, running Windows ME. Unusually, for CS i use the keyboard only to type and drop weapons, and a joystick and mouse for everything else.

And now, instead of launching into a fifteen page essay on the rest of my life story i'll stop going on and on and leave you with that for now.

Cheers mate, and yes i certainly hope so, i think i'd love it. It will of course depend on kids, money, g/f, work, transport.....etc etc..... but it's pencilled in, in red pencil no less.
