RG2 and Aqual Quintessence

Now that RG2 is past Shazzrah then each RG2 member needs to start bringing Aqual Quintessence to every MC raid.  It is a SoG RG1 raid requirement that you have one in your bags when you enter the instance, so lets get RG2 in the habit too!

So go and visit Duke Hydraxis in Azshara and pick up the quest lines.  They don't take very long, you get a great FR ring or trinket as a reward and at the end of the quest line you'll be able to get him to give you Aqual Quintessence upon request.  The 1.11 patch will also make the Aqual Quintessence persistent - i.e. you won;t need to go and get a new one each week.

If you cannot see the Quests from the Duke then your reputation with the Hyraxian Waterlords is not yet high enough.  The more MC kills you get, the higher your Hydraxian Waterlords rep gets.

So why do you need Aqual Quintessence I hear some of you ask?  
Scattered throughout Molten Core (often right next to a boss) are some flaming runes.  You use the Aqual Quintessence to douse the rune (i.e. put out the flame).  You cannot kill Ragnaros until Majordomo has submitted.  You cannot summon Majordomo Executus until you have doused all of the runes in Molten Core.  And that's why you need the Aqual Quintessence.

So go to Azshara NOW and check to see if you can start the quest line.

To add, you will always see the quests, but one of em needs Honored rep to complete - The one that comes after UBRS emberseer.

And when you get about halfway into friendly, the only way to get more rep is in MC or from The Emberseer in UBRS.

The ex-NG party is currently working on the quest-chain, and most of us have reached to the point where we need to be honored with hydraxian waterlords.

I popped over the Azshara this morning and grabbed a bottle, so we need 6 more for a good RG2 raid.

I will also need someone with about 12 free bag slots to meet Guildybankee in IF before the raid to pick up some necessary pots etc, just in case
