SoG TS Server Admin Rights

All Officers should now be TS Server Admins.  If anyone gets missed off the list by accident then please let me know.

PLEASE be aware
Server Admin rights are not like Channel Admin rights - if someone loses their Server Admin rights (by being kicked by another Server Admin) it needs manual intervention on the server to reinstate those rights.

So tempting though it might be, please do NOT kick Admins as it causes additional and unwanted work.

awsome, and ill try to remember that, allthough what about when something happens like w/ vargen when he was frapsing (and his TS was providing feedback all the time), can i kick him from channel w/o consiquense?
