Seriously - try changing/installing a sound card. You may laugh but the amount of problems that I have fixed by changing/installing a soundcard...

The issue shouldnt be the soundcard as I have just installed a new MoBo.

Do you get anything? HDD/Fans starting up?

Does that little light on the MB come on?

Nefrion

All fans and harddisks start up. There are no lights on the MB to show if it runs. No display to show error codes either.

Yes I am using onboard sound.

I have tried to replace the following: PSU, MB, RAM, HDD, GFX.

I have reset bios, tried to disconnect everything down to a minimum.

Im out of ideas!!

The reset of bios is realy good sometimes but you have to do it the correct way :)

To reset your Bios you have to locate the 3 pins that should be around the battery place.
2 pins should be connected and 1 lose, if you change it so the lose pin can be connected and let the other pin be lose.

after you have done that you can press the on and off button on your PC sometimes.

and then switch the pin to normal place and you have reseted your bios =D

done that to many friends to fix their PC from wrong booting up and overclock and stuff like that.

ShadowElf

if that dosnt work you have to buy a new or a new mainboard and powersuply.
and i have never been over 50*C so i dont think thats good =/
37*C is normal for me and i have 20*C everywere alse in my PC

ShadowElf

damit that whould be buy a new PC :P the first time i writed "Buy a new"....

Blunt
