I aggree with TL here, people should pay their own repairbills. If not, then what's next? Can guild please buy mana pots and candles for me plz?

I get your point TL. I will pay for my repair bill as well but if people quits just before Ossirian because they fear the repair bill what can you do?

I wouldnt mind going once a day to AQ20 and give Ossirian a try. I know rogues arent very useful in this battle so if possible I can bring my pally (dont need any loot if we get him down tho)

I dont think making AQ RG1 only just because some people (also RG1 players) ussually leaves before Ossirian. A RG2 player can be as good as an RG1 player, if they simply stick to the tactics and know how to play there class to the maximum - and I know RG2 have many of those players.

And I'm not just saying this because I want to join, cause usually I don't have time the days AQ raids are being hold anyways, its just that an RG2 player you feel a little left out, if you understand?

Also, what happened to the "no alts" rule in AQ? I'm not mad or judging anyone, but it seems that Pent (alt: shadowe) was in the last two AQ raids were the new rules came, allthough there were many other rogues in queue. Arent these rules meant to be followed?

We allways let alts join and your alt (of you have one) can also join ofc. However what we did last post was limit the hexxer/hakkar loot to main ppl cause the will benefit the 40 man raids a lot with those loot.

About wanting to get ossirian down with good geared members (RG1). I understand your feelings however we still havent taken him down, ayamiss is still a bugger and we think we should try ossirian with the best gear we have. And this is just a one time try also for ossirian. If we could have taking him down earlier we did but for example the idea of 3 mainly green geared tanks does not work very well with ossirian. If you want we can talk this over ingame but after a shitload of raids that never reached ossirian or where called there we think this is the best solution for now.

I don;t think we're talking aobut making Ossirian RG1 only, I think the point Lunares was making was that it woudl be nice to see some more RG1 members applying for slots in the AQ20 raids so that when we get to Ossirian we have the *best possible* chance of taking him down. Once we have taken him *once* I am sure he will start to topple regularly, but sometimes the confidence boost of having an almost full Tier 2 specced group is all it takes to get a raid group over the hump and to get that first boss kill.

Well I realy would love to be there on the first kill as I will contribute as much as possible. And I know starting AQ will make a short night rest. And for what the repair bill, it never crossed my mind to charge it on the guild bank. Why? The repair bill shouldn't be the reason to stop on Osirian...if that is the case I think you are there with the wrong intentsion For me it's not a plan to get into the instance with 100g and come out with 120g........ I want to enter the instance and get out with a good feeling dowing some bosses...... The Hunter boss is a pain in the a$$ and so are the adds near Osirion but bringing him down would be priceless. We all are happy on bringing down bosses so why not now?

Get insde.....stay focussed and kill the bosses....and also not to be forgotten....plz listen to the leader as thay know better the situation there. Not sure wether to talk/trade with a person or were to go...ask..........

And Menedill, Lunares, Kreg keep up the spirit and don't hasitate to ask me......

Yeah thats what i mean. I am not too good with words. We just like a shot at ossirian with a very good geared group to see how ppl do then. Its not to annoy other ppl but if we get him down that way then ppl know they can kill him and we will again with a party who is composed of SOG members as a whole.

And mazzi what we also have been talking about was a normal run. AQ 1 day kill the first 4-5 bosses (so only ossiran and maybe ayamiss are left) then get a epic geared grp for ossirian. This also has its pro's and cons, so we decided to ask ppl who are interested to join and are very good geared to reply here. So we can set it up.

Some pro's
-The first day whole SOG can join and have a nice evening.
-2nd day we get some nice tries in at ossirian. (and we can take our time to review etc)

Cons
-Ppl are not rly interested in joining only for ossirian
-If you have the same grp the whole run they made some money to adjust for their repair bills a bit. If you have another grp the 2nd day there is a huge chance they get only a high repair bill (and personally i dont mind that but it makes a difference for ppl).

speaking for myselfs i wont like to join a raid for only ossirian, offcourse it would have a nice change of taking him down, but from the other side if you do half the bosses you at least get some loot and gold to lower losses. now after rajaxx you could go for ossirion and then have a couple trys (maybe a hour or 2) and then do another boss (moam/buru?)

offcourse this would mean that some off the lesser geared ppl wouldnt be able to join for a week or several, or at least not till after the osirian bit was done.

tricky subject, kinda reminds me off the ony/razorgore learning curve

50% epic 50% high end blue - rogue reporting for "Ossirian Only" duty. I know rogues arent very useful here. I do have a Pala with some decent nature resistance gear/healing gear. Around 60NR unbuffed without nerfing the healing alot.

I didnt read every post in this topic, but this thing was exactly what I was thinking of too, only thing holding me back posting it, was the negative response it might gave, but looking here I see it aint to bad.
