A gf of mine has an MSNproblem

Hi guys, I've posted this before but can't find it on the forums anymore.
It's about an MSNchecker where you can see who deleted you on their MSNaccount.
I can't find it anymore but does anyone have a solution for it?
Been Googling a bit but only site came upon warning for it which thinks it will be used for an attack on networks.
