Attendance Survey

I just sent this out to all SoG Members.

This email is aimed at raiding members of Silver Oak Guardians (i.e. L60 mains holding either Guardian or Defender ranks). If you are not in this category please free to hit the delete key now!

The Officers are currently trying to find out why raid attendance has fallen so dramatically in recent weeks so that they can assess how best to plan future raids for both Raid Group 1 and Raid Group 2. With this in mind we would like to ask your opinion on this matter.

Your replies should be sent to Survey@SilverOakGuardians.org and will be treated in the strictest confidence. We're not after personal information, just an understanding of the problem we have to plan to overcome. In your reply we would like to know the following:

1 - Your Guild Name, Class and Membership Rank (i.e. Defender or Guardian)
2 - Whether or not you have you struggled to attend RG1 or RG2 raids recently?
3 - If yes to 2, then what was the main cause of your inability to attend?
4 - Is this obstacle to raiding with RG1 or RG2 a problem that will continue for a period of time?
5 - If Yes to 4, then for how much longer do you think your attendance will be poor?
6 - During this period of poor attendance how many raids each week do you expect to miss?
7 - Right now, how many raids each week do you think you could commit to attending? (assuming a normal 19.15 start time)

This information is confidential and will not be posted on the general forum so please be as honest as you can with the answers!
