This guy makes me sick. I just had a major rant at him on the forums thread. I feel like this guy does not deserve RG1 status and frankly think he is a worthless piece of shit right now. Someone tell me why I might be wrong, please, otherwise I might press that /gkick button just for the fun of it.

Damn it the little prick made me mad with what he said :ranting:

First time I had a chance to go back and then read the *whole* thread from start to finish and the cumulative effect on me was to make me want to spit nails. I just found Shadowelf's total misreading of the posts against him staggering - the kid has *zero* clue why people mentioned him earlier in the thread and then proceeds to dig himself into not a small hole but a TANGO great big one with increasingly absurd and self-centred replies as the thread goes on. He simply does not have a clue.

well i wouldnt mind a gkick, would free a guardian spot for ashjen, but then more officers have to decide (more then me/you/padding)

I wouldnt /gkick him but perhaps a demote would suit better?

My use of the /gkick comment in my firs tpost was slightly tongue in cheek but meant to illustrate my profound anger at Shadowelf and the clear contempt he showed for his fellow Guardians. I think a /gkick would be wrong to use at this point as I do nto believe in just /gkick without a dicussion first.

Likewise, I would not do an automatic demote without a discussion first. Maybe it might be more appropriate to have a chat with him in TS and ask for his views on this comments. We can make it absolutely clear that if his views to not line up with those of the Guild then we will ask him to step down to Defender or possibly even Soldier. At least then he is aware of the problem and can choose to amend his behaviour/attitude or not.

Btw, who else was it we were going to have a chat to in TS - we agreed it whilst I wa sin Silithus and I spoke to someone and we agreed to talk in about a week (about now) but cannot remember who this was! Anyone else?
