Mazii may be about to leave due to comments made about him and to him by Snuz and Werful (who I believe are bf/gf?).

I'll post more later when I have time.  I have PM'd Mazii to ask him to give it some time.

As you allready know, some RG2 members are mad about other RG2 members getting into RG1 BWL raids. I have been on two of those and I have been much-criticized and called things that I dont want to say here.

I have no reason not to tell the names of those who criticized me, but I guess you allready know it's Weful and hes girlfriend Snuz. They just dont like me, and allready told me that they wish I wasnt in the guild (Werful said that)

The reason I'm leaving is that I can't raid with people that dislike me, it just not right for me. Especially not one of my own class.

I'm very sorry about all this, but I feal its the only thing for me to do. And I would like to thank you for the time in the Guild, and the effort that you have put into RG2 - and ofcourse letting me discover BWL, it has been some amazing months and I appreciate it.
Mazii, I am not online atm so do not know if you have /gquit yet or not, but don't be too hasty.  Every guild is goign to have someone you don;t like or who doesn;t liek you.  Our job is too keep people on the straight an narrow and keep relationships good - we try to do that and I have already had a go at the people concerned.  I would suggest giving it some time to cool off and  for my words to them to sink in.

Let me know.

Good enough. I like Mazii and would hate to see him go. He's a good player, and is always helping out where needed.

The other two on the other hand i have no special love for

Werful & Snuz

We had a member PM us today with a complaint about your behaviour to them Now I don't know all the details and I am not sure I want to, but it seems to revolve around someone getting into BWL when you did not.

Now bothered to take time to explain to you both separately why that person got into the raid. I confirmed it was not favouritism, just a simple class need and a whisper faster than yours. I took that time in mid-raid whilst I was acting as Raid Leader and some of it was even during a quiet patch for me in th emiddle of the Razegore boss fight. I showed you respect and gave you my attention.

PLEASE. I expect any whisper campaign to stop immediately. If you don't happen to liek someone then that's your right, but do NOT bring it into SoG. As a result we may lose a member of the Guild and just like we value you both as members, so we value others too. If you don't like someone then just do nto react to them, but when you are in a raid you interract with them as otherwise we lose our strength.

If you have a different side of the story then I am happy to hear your version and I will pass this on to the perosn concerned with my own comments for them.

The Officers work *really* hard to make this Guild a success and to recruit the right people and we don't need to lose people to this type of behaviour.

If you need to speak with me about this then please do so tonight on TS.

For my part, I do not hold grudges - life is too short and I have no evidence that you have done anything other than third party feedback. So treat this as me passing information back and saying this 'general type of thing is unacceptable'. Only you will know if you did anything, so only you know how to interpret this message. I will continue to treat ALL members equally.

You are both valued members of the Guild, so please take this in the way it is meant.

See you tonight for the MC raid.

Werful and snuz where in ZG last nite too, and i REALLY got to dislike werful in quite a hurry tbh. Werful thinks he only has to melee as paladin, doesnt buff, doesnt heal. Snuz was pritty silent most of the raid, doing fairly okee, but beeing a tad slow picking up sheeps and resheeping.

*EDIT*
thinking about this for a tad more and reading PMs again i think its appropriate to contemplate some sort of warning or so cause if you took the time to explain stuff to them that should be done deal. and depending on the severaty of the whisper campain i think we could go as far as kicking them as i REALLY dont want this shit in our guild.
Id hate to lose mazii over this hes a dang fine player and paladin, id rather lose the other 2.

Yeah, i dont get that from these people. Lets talk to him later anyways

Tanales

i would have to agree with Bastet on this one, id rather have mazii in the guild than Werful.
Werful doesnt seem to be able to cooperate very well with other players, atleast not last night in ZG.
It took about 30-40 minutes for him and Deadalus to sort out who should do what buff.

Vargen

In my personal opinion, Werful is a waste of space. Mazii would be a huge loss compared to Werful.

TeaLeaf

Ok, I think we need to have a chat with Sazgul too to get the background on the issues that went on beforehand ot fully understand the problem.  I had a PM from Sazgul about this issue a couple of days back and I sent him a reply.  He came back to me saying 'great, excellent explanation, mind if I use it on our forum' as he wanted to expalin and calm things.  Sounds to me like Werful and Snuz are not long for this world, well at least Werful as he seems to be a PITA.

Aloha also whispered me this morning, something about not being admitted into the ZG raid before Hakkar and someone else getting the dagger he wanted. Grr.  I'll pass that one to Luna & Mene.

Dont give us all the blame...
Snuz (& Werful)

Did I say you got *all* the blame?  But at least you admit that it happened.

As it happens we are in conversation with others about this, but as you were specifically mentioned in the PM and as you are bf/gf then I thought I would write to you both.  I haven't made it public, but the bottom line is that this sort of behaviour is unacceptable in SoG.  We will not tolerate it again.

As a result of your (both of you) actions we have lost a damn good player who had a good future in SoG.  He learnt tactics quickly, he played his class well, stayed alive, buffed quickly and was high up on the healing for his mana and equipment level.  You may have an equally good future with SoG, but we'll now never know how Mazii's SoG future would have panned out.

As you have confirmed your actions, please treat this as a warning. Hound another member out of the Guild and we will need to take some action.

As I said in my last PM, we're not vengeful or nasty people and I do not hold grudges.  I fire out a PM like this where it is needed, it does a job, the job is done, I forget about the issue, case closed.  I will continue to treat you and all other members with the same level of respect.  I urge you to do likewise.
