New people in the guild

This is just something I came to think of, a small suggestion:

We have lots of people applying for various memberships in the guild, and after having the application visible for a week or something, it's moved into the officer's forums and we don't know what happens further with it.

Just to make it a bit easy to at least keep track of new folks joining, could it be an idea to have a thread (with only one post, locked for all others but the officers), and than post the name, class, level and rank whenever a new person is allowed to join the guild? Perhaps add date of join?  And just clear it once in a while.

E.g: 06.06.06: Threbrilith (lvl60 druid) joined the guild today as a Guardian member.

Or something like that.

I just think it would be nice to get to see the names of the new folks, cause sometimes (or most of the time), you'll miss out on the exact time when they get invited, and suddenly there's alot of new names you don't recognize

But yes bob that will probely be a good idea. As mostly guys just see someone has joined the guild and maybe they are not on and suddenly see a new guy, maybe 3-4 days later.
